Trying to make sweet potato pie again tomorrow. the one from last weekend still had the soggy crust issue...gotta fix it...prebaking the crust, maybe? Not part of the instructions, but I have learned alot of my old family recipes seem to miss something...guess those old country cooks just knew what to do! Off to research this issue!
